Bridgestone Bandag is the division of the tire giant that supplies the trucking industry. There have been several campaigns created over the years, all award-winning and ultimately very effective but that also meant there were many concepts along the way. Ultimately we grew their reputation as well as their sales repeatedly over the years we worked on the brand.
BRIDGESTONE AQUIRES BANDAG - NOW, IT'S PERSONAL.
When Bridgestone purchased Bandag, many folks were uncertain, "what that meant". Would they retain their brand? Their jobs? To put employees at ease and show them their dedication was more important than ever-- we created the It's Personal campaign. This calmed employees and invigorated the existing dealer network that only bigger and better things were to come. To produce this campaign, we traveled to the different corporate locations across the country and actually fingerprinted employees. Then we went about illustrating the future of a category in print ads, a huge mural that still hangs at corporate today and of course the video that was shared with employees with the CEO's vision of the future.
